I’m currently qualified and trained to practice EMDR based therapy with adults, adolescents, and children. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing can be a powerful tool in helping people move past their trauma. It is an evidence based approach, approved by the American Psychiatric Association as an effective tool for treatment of PTSD.
