Cultivating Wellness Therapeutic & Consulting Services provides Consultation Services and Clinical Supervision for LCSWA’s within the mental health and helping professional. CWTCS wants to empower clinicians by challenging them to utilize their strengths and abilities to see their professional goals come to fruition. I am excited about investing in other clinicians while they cultivate their professional skill-set.
Consulting Services
In 2019, the World Health Organization added Burnout to the International Classification of Diseases as an occupational phenomenon. Multiple studies have shown that mental health symptoms account for increased mental distance from employment and decreases in productivity.
Occasionally a fully licensed clinician may seek out clinical supervision for consultation purposes or may want to explore their own challenges as a therapist that maybe impacted their sessions. You may find yourself seeking entrepreneurship and want to transition from working at a community-based agency to exploring Private Practice. I am very passionate about working with Clinicians in supporting them on their professional journey.
My consultation services for mental health professionals and organizations include:
- Professional Development
- Identifying Your Purpose
- Case Consultation
- Private Practice Development
- Cultivating Mindsets
- Linking You to Resources
- Practice Management Tools

LCSWA
I understand the significance in assisting with the upbringing of the following generation of clinical social workers dedicated to ethical practice and who want to promote change.
I provide guidance in the process of becoming fully licensed and I am well acquainted with the requirements according to the NC Social Work Certification and Licensure Board. Using my naturally structured approach, I am able to help LCSWA’s create an organized and focused plan for accruing their hours. My great sense of compassion assist with creating a supportive relationship between the supervisee and supervisor that enables the development of initiative, self-confidence and risk-taking. LCSWAs learn more about their professional identity.
During the supervision process, supervisee can expect to become grounded in the knowledge and practical application of specific theoretical perspectives and practice models while also receiving encouragement to become attuned to how they show up in the therapeutic process, awareness on the impact this has on their practice, and develop the confidence to use their selves more effectively to enhance the psychotherapy process for their clients.
Supervision Sessions Individual supervision will typically occur once per week for an hour session. Mutually the supervisor and supervisee will provide as a minimum 24-hour notice if they are unable to attend.
