All therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Insurance

Cultivating Wellness Therapeutic & Consulting Services, PLLC is in the credentialing process with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Behavioral Health, however at this time we are out-of-network and only in network with Cigna as well as accepting self-pay.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible that services can be reimbursed by your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. Upon request, invoices can be provided where you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement on your behalf. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Payment

I accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. All payments are due prior to session.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
